Submission Guidelines: Free Papers

Last date for submission: 15th October 2025

Only online paper submission will be accepted for scientific paper presentation for MAPCON 2025, Mahalabaleshwar. This year papers will be accepted for 2 categories - Best paper, Free paper session.

Abstract for Free paper must be submitted in plain text format.

Only Best paper session papers must be submitted in PDF format once selected.

Only registered delegates will be allowed to make presentations at the conference.

Each presenter will be allowed to submit maximum only one paper for each category.

Each paper will be of 6 minutes duration followed by 2 minutes for discussion.

For an E Poster, 4 Minutes of Presentation followed by 3 Questions by the Judges, format shall be followed.

Once a paper is accepted, additional authors cannot be added.

It will be up to the discretion of the scientific committee to allow a change of Presenter if for some reason if the submitting author isn't able to make a podium presentation.

Detailed abstract not exceeding 450 characters (including space) needs to be submitted.

It should be structured as title, introduction, materials & methods, results and conclusions. It should include five keywords. It should also include the list of references, used in making the manuscript.

The papers will be reviewed in a blinded and coded fashion by a panel of experts, and the Scientific committee will intimate the delegate about the selection by October 30th, 2025.

The paper which are not selected for free Paper or best Paper category will be considered as E-Poster.

It is mandatory to have a Master chart ready for submission to the Scientific Committee before or after acceptance of the paper. The master chart would need to be countersigned and verified by the head of department in cases where the work has been done in a teaching institute from which the paper is submitted or if the manuscript is a multi-centric analysis. Failure to produce the same would invite disqualification.

  • Certificate of presentation will be issued only to the presenting author.
  • The MAPCON 2025 Committee reserves the right to withdraw the paper at any time.

Disqualification

1. Please do not mention authors /affiliation etc. anywhere directly or indirectly in the text. This will warrant disqualification of the paper.

2.Previously published study.

3. Papers previously presented in MAPCON.

4. Plagiarized / doctored study.


Submission Guidelines: E-Posters

Last date for submission: 15th October 2025

Submission is ONLINE and guidelines are similar to paper submissions.

In order for a poster to be displayed at the MAPCON 2025, the presenting author or one co-author must be registered to attend.

Note that if you or your co-author do not register for the meeting by 15th Oct 2025, your poster will be removed from the program and not displayed onsite.

E-Poster presentations will be available for review during the MAPCON 2025 on computer kiosks.

Please prepare you poster in PowerPoint or Keynote format. Slide limit is 8 slides including the title and reference slides.

The presenting author should be present between 10 am to 2 pm to present your poster on the podium to the review committee on Thursday 13th November 2025. (Location will be declared during conference).

The presenter will be allowed 4 minutes to present + 1 minute for discussion.

Best e-poster award and certificate will be given at MAPCON 2025 after the review of all presentations.
